IU’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Certification Program
Research shows that diverse organizations are likelier to outperform non-diverse companies, including profitability and creativity, stronger governance, and better problem-solving abilities. Through IU’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Certification Program, participants build skills to develop a community that embraces a culture of belonging that positively impacts employee performance and engagement and organization innovation, resiliency, and profitability.
Indiana University’s Leadership Certification Program is a grounded training program with expert-led classes that help participants become better leaders, managers, and allies for today’s workplace. The 10-week, 5-unit program combines two in-person and seven online sessions, including industry leaders’ keynotes, interactive case studies, and thought-provoking assignments that prepare participants to work, lead, and live in our diverse, multi-faceted world. An orientation session kicks off the program, which concludes with a DEI Leadership Symposium and Certificate Ceremony.
