How to Register
Program Prerequisites
This program is for working professionals and is particularly geared for current or aspiring management or upper-level executives. Although graduate students may find value from this program, it is not designed for undergraduate students.
Participants should have at least five years of experience in a private, public, or non-profit organization, be open to feedback, have the capacity for self-examination, and be willing to challenge their beliefs and biases.
Participation Requirement
The 10-week, 5-module program combines two in-person and seven online sessions, including industry leaders’ keynotes, interactive case studies, and thought-provoking assignments that prepare participants to work, lead, and live in our diverse, multi-faceted world. A Leadership Seminar kicks off the program, which concludes with a DEI Leadership Symposium and Certificate Ceremony.
Program Cost
The program costs $2,500, including instruction, facilitators, national keynote experts, provided meals, and a certificate. Travel to and from the in-person sessions is the responsibility of the participant.
Payment/Refund
Payment must be received by September 18, 2024, or your registration will be canceled. The in-person orientation on October 2, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. is mandatory for all participants. If you plan to pay by wire, contact iuconfs@iu.edu to request the banking information.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to iuconfs@iu.edu. If your request is received before the Leadership Seminar on September 18, you may cancel for a full refund. After September 18, before the October 2 Leadership Seminar, you may cancel for a 50% refund. Participants may transfer their registration to the next cohort of IU’s DEI Leadership Certification Program. Please email iuconfs@iu.edu for more information.
