How to Register
Program Prerequisites
Participants must have at least five years of experience in a private, public, or non-profit organization, be open to feedback, have the capacity for self-examination, and be willing to challenge their beliefs and biases.
Degree Requirement
You must hold a bachelor's degree or the equivalent to register for IU’s certificate program.
Participation Requirement
The 10-week, 5-unit program combines two in-person and seven online sessions, including industry leaders’ keynotes, interactive case studies, and thought-provoking assignments that prepare participants to work, lead, and live in our diverse, multi-faceted world. An orientation session kicks off the program, which concludes with a DEI Leadership Symposium and Certificate Ceremony.
Program Cost
The program costs $2,500, including instruction, facilitators, national keynote experts, provided meals, and a certificate. Travel to and from the in-person sessions is the responsibility of the participant.
Refund
Any cancellations made before orientation will be fully refunded. In addition, any participants who cancel after orientation will receive one year of credit for a future IU DEI Leadership Certification Program.
