The 10-week, 5-module program combines two in-person and seven online sessions, including industry leaders’ keynotes, interactive case studies, and thought-provoking assignments that prepare participants to work, lead, and live in our diverse, multi-faceted world. A Leadership Seminar kicks off the program, which concludes with a DEI Leadership Symposium and Certificate Ceremony.

Additionally, our participants will be organized into communities of practice groups and will meet 5 times throughout the program. Members of the group will determine the dates and times of these sessions based on everyone’s availability.
